Phan Rang isn’t such a major tourist city and it is very spread out over a large area so it can be confusing on exactly where to stay. We try to make life more simple for you with some of our accommodation recommendations and deals. You have a choice of either staying directly at the My Hoa kitesurfing Lagoon or in the city close to the city beach and approximately a 20 min scooter ride (16km) each way to the My Hoa lagoon.
Over at the Lagoon, it is still relatively underdeveloped and within walking distance there are just a few small local snack shops. There are some great restaurants at each kite centers that have many western dishes as well as local Vietnamese food to offer. This area is located on the edge of a national park so you would be surrounded by mother nature at her finest with rolling mountains, green vegetation, grape vineyards and many fields with livestock.
If you are seeking a more varied choice of shops, bars and restaurants after your kite session then it would be more advisable to stay in the city where you can be amongst many more amenities and there is even a western-style supermarket for some convenient shopping. As previously mentioned Phan Rang is not so much of a tourist city, therefore, the English language is not so common as normally found in most other major cities around Vietnam and communication problems can arise so we at Phan Rang Kitesurfing Holidays are here to make your booking and stay a more pleasurable experience so you can contact us for any matters.
